At a time when organizations face increasingly sophisticated AI driven cyber threats, KnowBe4 has announced a major expansion of its artificial intelligence capabilities, signaling a shift toward more autonomous and adaptive security operations.
During the RSAC 2026 Conference, KnowBe4 introduced new advancements to its AIDA AI agents suite, reinforcing its position in the growing field of human risk management. As enterprises grapple with evolving attack vectors that target both employees and AI systems, the company is positioning AIDA as a comprehensive solution designed to reduce human related vulnerabilities through automation and intelligence.
The AIDA AI agents suite builds on over 15 years of behavioral data and threat intelligence, enabling organizations to automate complex security workflows. From phishing simulations to risk assessments, the platform is designed to streamline processes that traditionally required significant manual effort. By reducing administrative workloads from hours to seconds, KnowBe4 aims to allow security teams to focus more on strategic decision making rather than operational execution.
As part of this expansion, KnowBe4 introduced several new AI driven agents that enhance the platform’s capabilities. These include an orchestration agent that autonomously creates and manages personalized security awareness training and phishing simulations tailored to individual user risk profiles. A deepfake training content agent has also been introduced, allowing organizations to generate customized training scenarios using simulated leadership personas. Additionally, a custom SAPA agent offers organizations the ability to measure security awareness based on their unique policies and operational environments.
“We’re leading the way in AI-powered defense but we’re still only scratching the surface of what autonomous AI can do for security teams. Our vision is to move security leaders away from reactive, manual processes and toward a state of autonomous, data-backed defense that protects humans and AI agents,” said Bryan Palma, CEO at KnowBe4. “With more agents in the pipeline, we are committed to providing the industry’s most sophisticated, intelligent defense suite to help our customers stay ahead of an increasingly complex threat environment.”
The company emphasized that organizations are increasingly looking for solutions that bridge the gap between human behavior and technical security controls. By embedding intelligence directly into training and risk assessment processes, AIDA aims to create a more proactive security posture that evolves alongside emerging threats.
Customer feedback also highlights the platform’s usability and continuous innovation. “The ease of use and user-friendly interface makes everything seamless,” said Ha Phan, VP Information Security at Oak Valley Community Bank, via G2. “KnowBe4 is always adding more to the platform and the new AIDA has been awesome.”
KnowBe4’s continued investment in AIDA AI agents reflects a broader industry trend toward autonomous cybersecurity systems that can operate at scale without constant human oversight. As the cyber threat landscape grows more complex, the company’s focus on integrating AI driven defense into human risk management strategies could play a critical role in helping organizations stay resilient and prepared.
