As enterprises navigate increasingly complex cyber risks driven by cloud adoption and artificial intelligence, security leaders are seeking more integrated and data driven approaches to governance. TrustCloud latest announcement introduces a new platform designed to modernize GRC and security operations by combining automation, real time monitoring, and business context.
TrustCloud has unveiled what it describes as the industry’s first AI native Security Assurance Platform for chief information security officers. The platform is designed to bridge the long standing gap between governance, risk, and compliance processes and operational cybersecurity, enabling organizations to move beyond traditional workflow driven approaches.
Legacy GRC systems have often been criticized for relying heavily on manual processes and periodic assessments, which can limit visibility into rapidly evolving risk environments. TrustCloud’s platform aims to address these limitations by leveraging continuous control monitoring and artificial intelligence to provide a more accurate and comprehensive view of an organization’s security posture.
Sravish Sridhar, CEO and Founder of TrustCloud, highlighted the challenges faced by security leaders using traditional tools. “Enterprise CISOs are frustrated with legacy GRC tools–they inundate security and GRC teams with manual work, make it impossible for CISOs to confidently report status and outcomes with their Boards, and are not designed to monitor and keep up with the ever-changing digital, AI, and IT cyber risk landscape. It’s like their teams are being forced to protect a vast ocean with a paper boat,” said Sravish Sridhar. “CISOs want accurate automation that showcases business impact and they tell us they want a GRC platform that sees everything, instead of just sampling; does accurate work, instead of making humans do everything; and helps CISOs prioritize and budget their go-forward strategy based on how their security programs help them deliver on their corporate objectives.”
The platform introduces a hybrid data architecture that consolidates structured and unstructured data from across enterprise environments, including cloud systems, on premises infrastructure, and business applications. This unified data layer enables organizations to gain comprehensive visibility into risk signals and control effectiveness at scale.
A core component of the solution is its Assurance AI, which operates on a control graph that connects continuous monitoring results with GRC objectives. This allows CISOs to understand the business impact of security gaps and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk and organizational goals. The platform also provides reporting capabilities that translate technical findings into business outcomes, helping security leaders communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
Nemi George, Vice President of IT and Chief Information Security Officer at PDS Health, emphasized the need for clarity in modern security operations. “CISOs don’t need more workflows we need clarity,” said Nemi George. “GRC Transformation is about moving from manual processes to a data-driven understanding of our control posture and what it means for the business, powered by real-time telemetry and unstructured data feeds from our security, IT, and business applications.”
TrustCloud reports that organizations adopting the platform have achieved measurable improvements, including reduced operational costs, lower residual risk, and stronger alignment between compliance and business performance. By replacing sampling based assessments with continuous monitoring, the platform enables a shift from reactive compliance to proactive assurance.
The launch reflects a broader transformation in how enterprises approach GRC and security operations. As cyber threats become more dynamic and AI driven, platforms that unify governance, risk, and operational security into a single, data driven framework are becoming essential for enabling resilience and informed decision making.
