Jeff brings nearly three decades of experience in cybersecurity, intelligence, digital modernization, and network defense within the DoD. Over the course of his career, he has served in both uniformed and civilian leadership roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of military and federal cyber operations. Most notably, he served as Deputy to the Commanding General of U.S. Army Cyber Command, Vice Director of the Joint Staff J6, and Executive Director of JFHQ–DODIN, where he led global cyber defense and modernization initiatives. In addition, he holds master’s degrees from the U.S. Army War College and James Madison University and previously served as a retired Army Reserve Military Intelligence Officer.
