CrowdStrike has announced the launch of its Authorized Support Partner Program across Europe, marking a major step in empowering distributors and strengthening partner profitability. The initiative, developed in collaboration with Ignition Technology and Westcon-Comstor, enables these strategic partners to provide localized Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform in English, French, German, Spanish, and Arabic.

According to independent research by Canalys, for every dollar generated through sales of the Falcon platform, partners can earn up to seven dollars in services revenue. This finding reinforces the strength of CrowdStrike’s ecosystem-driven business model, which has become a key driver of partner growth and profitability.

Through the new program, distributors gain authorization to offer CrowdStrike-certified support services, which can also be extended by downstream partners such as managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers. This expansion enhances local support capabilities, widens access for smaller businesses, and increases multilingual technical expertise throughout the European region.

“Distributors play a crucial role in broadening CrowdStrike’s presence and value across Europe,” said Dan Danielli, Vice President of Global Distribution at CrowdStrike. “With this program, we’re enabling our distributors to deliver high-quality localized services that strengthen customer security outcomes. It’s a multiplier effect that amplifies the impact of the entire partner ecosystem and helps more organizations maximize the potential of the Falcon platform.”

This new model deepens our collaboration, equipping partners with the tools, enablement, and localized support they need to deliver top-tier cybersecurity solutions.”

Daniel Hurel, Senior Vice President, Westcon EMEA Go-To-Market at Westcon-Comstor, added:

“This initiative reflects both the rapid growth of the Falcon platform and the strength of our partnership with CrowdStrike. Demand for CrowdStrike solutions is rising sharply across Europe, as partners rely on the platform to deliver advanced cybersecurity capabilities. By expanding multilingual support and partner enablement, we’re empowering service providers to scale faster, boost efficiency, and protect their customers with greater agility and confidence.”

The new Authorized Support Partner Program underscores CrowdStrike’s ongoing investment in its European partner network. By enhancing regional support capacity and promoting localized expertise, the company aims to help partners accelerate their growth, improve profitability, and deliver world-class protection through the Falcon platform.
