archTIS Ltd, a global provider of data-centric software solutions for secure information collaboration, has finalized its acquisition of Spirion LLC, a U.S.-based leader in sensitive data discovery and classification.

This strategic move strengthens archTIS’ position in the expanding data-centric security and zero trust market. By combining Spirion’s advanced expertise in data discovery and classification—a critical component for regulatory compliance and data integrity—with archTIS’ award-winning attribute-based access control (ABAC) technologies, the merged entity will deliver a robust suite of solutions designed to safeguard sensitive information.

“This acquisition marks an important milestone for archTIS,” said Daniel Lai, CEO and Managing Director. “Integrating Spirion’s capabilities enhances our technical offerings, broadens our presence across key verticals, and reinforces our footprint in the U.S. market. Together, we now offer one of the most complete zero trust, data-centric security portfolios available today.”

Through the acquisition, archTIS gains access to Spirion’s extensive customer base of over 150 enterprises across healthcare, financial services, government, and education sectors, primarily in North America. Spirion’s U.S. team of 38, including seasoned executives and technologists, has joined archTIS, significantly boosting its domain expertise and presence in the region.

Spirion’s Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) capabilities complement archTIS’ Data Access Governance (DAG) solutions. This integration enables end-to-end management of data security and governance across cloud and on-premises collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, combining access control, secure collaboration, data discovery, classification, and remediation in a unified solution.

“Joining forces with archTIS represents a significant opportunity for our customers, team, and the broader data-centric security landscape,” said Coppins. “Together, our solutions establish a central enterprise data control point, where data-related decisions are enforced, policies implemented, and workflows for security, compliance, and usage converge.”
