Leidos and Sky Solutions have joined forces to create Purple Sky, LLC, a joint venture aimed at advancing digital transformation for federal health agencies and improving the delivery of government services.
Purple Sky will focus on helping agencies modernize technology, enhance data accessibility, and strengthen program outcomes—particularly in health, human services, and benefits administration. By streamlining operations, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency, the venture aims to bolster public trust in federal services.

The joint venture will combine Leidos’ extensive experience in large-scale technology deployments with Sky Solutions’ expertise in low-code/no-code platform development. Together, the companies plan to leverage cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity capabilities to help federal agencies achieve their objectives on schedule and within budget.
