Reflecting on her appointment, Grey said: “Horizon3.ai is changing how organizations approach security by demonstrating what can actually be exploited, rather than what appears vulnerable on paper. With rapid revenue growth, a growing international customer base, and strong MSSP and partner channels, the momentum here is remarkable. I look forward to helping scale this success as the company enters its next phase of expansion.”

Grey’s appointment comes on the heels of a $100 million Series D funding round led by NEA and a series of executive leadership hires aimed at driving product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and long-term global growth.
