“The past year has been transformative for Zero Networks, marked by record-breaking growth, product innovation, and industry recognition. Our team’s dedication to modernizing microsegmentation has contributed to significant advancements in the market’s understanding of cutting-edge solutions and has helped us build deeper trust with our customers and partners”

More specifically, Q4 2024 set a new company record as the strongest quarter to date in net new customers and ARR. The team also achieved a record customer success rate, with segmentation fully implemented in a fraction of the time traditionally expected, validating the platform’s speed and scalability across deployments of any size.

Zero Networks made significant enhancements to its platform last year, including Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Firewall capabilities, new segmentation capabilities specifically designed to block lateral movement during an attack against operational technology (OT) systems, and identity segmentation capabilities. Additionally, Zero Networks formally launched its MSP (Managed Service Provider) program in 2024, expanding the reach of their solutions through distribution to over 40,000 MSPs globally. MSP Channel Director, Aaron Peterik, was recognized as a 2025 CRN Channel Chief because of this growth.

Today, the company supports customers in 22 countries, including new regions added in the last 12 months: Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Africa, Spain, Peru, and Saudi Arabia. Zero Networks’ global success is validated by extremely high customer satisfaction levels, earning a net promoter score (NPS) of +76 based on a single survey question asking customers to rate their likelihood that they would recommend Zero Networks.

“The past year has been transformative for Zero Networks, marked by record-breaking growth, product innovation, and industry recognition. Our team’s dedication to modernizing microsegmentation has contributed to significant advancements in the market’s understanding of cutting-edge solutions and has helped us build deeper trust with our customers and partners,” said Scott Coffey, Vice President, Global Sales, Zero Networks. “We remain committed to empowering businesses of all sizes to achieve true Zero Trust and demonstrably improve operational resilience.”

To better understand the adoption of microsegmentation, obstacles to its realization and how they can be overcome, Zero Networks recently published a report based on a survey of 262 information technology (IT) and cybersecurity professionals, “The Role of Network Segmentation in Zero Trust Architectures.” This paper highlights that 90% of IT and cybersecurity professionals believe Zero Trust is “very” or “extremely” important for improving overall security posture. Nearly 70% agree that microsegmentation is very important or essential for achieving Zero Trust. However, just 5% are microsegmenting their networks today, uncovering a clear disconnect in the journey to Zero Trust.

The divergence between the appreciation for microsegmentation’s value and its slow rate of adoption may reside in perceptions around implementation based on traditional microsegmentation solutions that have fallen short in the market. In contrast to legacy solutions, Zero Networks’ zero trust security solutions specialize in easy to deploy, automated microsegmentation that is highly effective at stopping ransomware, lateral movement, and insider threats, and supports regulatory and cyber insurance requirements.
